With over eight years of experience providing educational and rehabilitative services to children and adults, Marlee is dedicated to creating meaningful, person-centered outcomes for individuals with diverse communication needs. Prior to becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist, she worked as a behavior technician and special education teacher, giving her a well-rounded understanding of complex developmental and behavioral challenges.

Marlee specializes in the development of functional communication systems, with a particular focus on supporting individuals with significant behaviors through the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). She has a strong interest in caregiver coaching and is committed to empowering individuals by strengthening their ability to communicate effectively and participate fully in their daily environments.

Outside of her professional work, Marlee enjoys spending time with her husband, son and mini dachshund. 

Marlee is based in Florida, so all therapeutic consultation services are currently offered virtually. We look forward to the possibility of expanding to in-person services in Virginia in the future.
